I am very pleased to announce the publication of Training for Safety. This is a book compiled from a series of driving training articles that ran in Rural Heritage Magazine in 2010 and 2011. Mischka Press has assembled the original articles into a lovely full color book that offers a range of exercises to educate horse and driver with safety as a priority. Exercises include learning to plan and prepare for turns, crossing scary surfaces, and learning to give to pressure, and many others.
Each chapter is illustrated with color photos featuring myself or students demonstrating the steps to take, as well as problems that might come up.
